Biography of Elizabeth Arnold

Elizabeth Arnold’s third collection of poems is a book-length sequence entitled Effacement (Flood Editions, 2010). She won fellowships from The Rockefeller Foundation, the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard, the Fine Arts Work Center, Yaddo and the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference. She has also received a Whiting Writers’ Award. Arnold is on the MFA faculty at the University of Maryland and lives outside Washington, D.C.
