Biography of Richard Jones

Richard Jones is the author of seven books of poetry including The Blessing (2000), winner of the Society of Midland Authors Award, Apropos of Nothing (2006) and The Correct Spelling & Exact Meaning (2009), all from Copper Canyon. He is professor of English and director of the creative writing program at DePaul University, and editor of Poetry East. His poetry appears in Smartish Pace, Issues 2, 10, 11 and 16.
